The first phase of road work on the Anzac Parade and Constitution Avenue intersection will commence tomorrow.

The eastern section of the intersection will be replaced from Friday 23 to Tuesday 27 March.

During these works:

• Southbound traffic on Anzac Parade will be diverted and limited to one lane;
• Westbound traffic on Constitution Avenue will be diverted to Anzac Park East, Blamey Crescent/Currong Street and Anzac Park West; and
• Eastbound traffic on Constitution Avenue will be diverted to Anzac Parade (northbound), Blamey Crescent/Currong Street and Anzac Park East.

A 40km/ph speed limit will be in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the works.

Delays are anticipated, particularly during morning and afternoon peak traffic times. Road users are encourage to take alternative routes.

Weather dependent, the second phase of road work on the intersection will commence on Friday 30 March and be completed on 3 April.
