Easter Close Down

The National Capital Exhibition will be open on Easter Sunday but closed for the public holiday on 18, 19 and 21 of April. It will also be closed on ANZAC Day, 25 April. Blundells Cottage is closed on 19 April.

The National Capital Exhibtion is closed on all public holidays except Australia Day and Canberra Day.

National Carillon ANZAC Recital

As a tribute to the unknown soldiers of the war of 1914 – 1918 a unique musical event, featuring original works from some of Australia's most eminent composers and evocative prose readings, will be held at the National Carillon on ANZAC Day.

The same recital will recital will be performed by Australian carillonists as part of international celebrations in Belgium at the Cloth Hall Carillon, Ypres 4 July 2014 and at St Rombouts Cathedral, Mechelen 7 July 2014.

Friday 25th April 2014, 5pm-6:30pm at The National Carillon, Aspen Island. Entrance to parking is via the northbound lanes of Kings Avenue Bridge
